[11a-Z18-9] Development of LiDAR system with photonic crystal laser

Photonic crystal surface emitting laser (PCSEL) has a very narrow divergence angle of FWHM of nearly 0.1 degrees that makes it possible to remove the lens for irradiation from LiDAR system. Actually we developed LiDAR system with PCSEL. We confirmed that the LiDAR system successfully made the distance map with high spatial resolution even though it has no lens for irradiation.
