Keywords:CNT thin films, Hall effect measurement, Molecular adsorption

In order to clarify the properties of adsorbed molecules and carriers of CNT thin film, we analyzed the electrical conduction properties of CNT thin films with different densities transferred on or suspended over the substrate. The resistance increases when the temperature is raised in a vacuum, and it is assumed that considering the activation energy the molecule desorbed is water molecule, and the magnetic field dependence of the Hall resistivity indicates that the carrier is a hole and that Hall resistivity changes nonlinearly with magnetic field.
