Keywords:Carbon nanotube, Plasmon, Length Evaluation method

The carbon nanotube length is one important parameter for electronic transport and mechanical properties. The measurement method, however, is strongly limited as conventional method based on the AFM counting procedures. Therefore, we present the new method for the CNT length distributions by the CNT length plasmons. By using this method, the length distribution of CNTs is easily measured for a short time in solid samples.
