Plasma in contact with liquids is often applied in life sciences. The short-lived reactive species generated in the liquid are important factors for living tissues. Although short-lived reactive species are difficult to measure, many reports have shown their significant contribution. In this study, we have attempted higher temporal resolution (~0.1 ms) of OH by using a high-speed liquid flow (~10 m/s) into atmospheric pressure plasma. In addition, a reaction-diffusion model was built that exhibits a spatiotemporal distribution consistent with the measured OH decay.
