For further progress in plasma medical and agricultural application studies, understanding of reactive species transfer in gas-liquid interfacial plasma is necessary. To contribute improvement in predictability of the reactive species generation in the gas-liquid interfacial plasma, experimental evaluation methodology on localized domain of the reactive species in high speed flow through atmospheric pressure plasma is analytically formulated. Analytical solutions for the integrated continuity equation on thickness of localized domain of reactive species will be presented.
