Spin qubits using silicon quantum dots have high compatibility with conventional semiconductor processing technology, and are suitable for integration. A DRAM type structure has been proposed as a method of reading out the integrated bit. In this structure, each data line can be read multiplexed in frequency, but the word lines need to be switched in time. In this research, we proposed a structure that can be read in multiplex by changing the reflection coefficient even in word lines.
