△ [11p-Z11-2] Carrier-Resolved Photo-Hall Measurement in CH3NH3PbBr3 Single Crystal

We have performed the Carrier-Resolved Photo-Hall Measurement of lead halide perovskite CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystal. To evaluate the hole and electron mobility, a four-terminal resistance measurement and lock-in detection of Hall voltage under an ac-magnetic field were performed at room temperature under LED light at 520 nm wavelength. The observed mobility increases with the irradiation light intensity, probably due to the screening of the defect potential and the carrier traps by the photo-induced carriers. The maximum mobility obtained was µp = 159 cm2/Vs and µn = 138 cm2/Vs.
