[11p-Z11-5] Perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells using single-walled CNT electrode

In this research, tandem solar cells consisting of perovskite solar cell (PSC) using single-walled CNT electrode and commercially available silicon solar cell were fabricated, and their performance was evaluated. The power conversion efficiencies of PSC and silicon solar cells were 15.1 % and 2.1 %, respectively. It was confirmed that the PSC using single-walled CNT is transparent, and the silicon solar cell as bottom cell works by transmitted light. The tandem solar cell will be developed by replacing both solar cells with high performance ones.
