前回我々は, PL強度Iと励起光強度Lの関係式I ∝ Lⁿにおいて, バンド端発光のべき指数nが, 通常値のn =1～2 を越えn > 2となる特異な現象を観察し, 照射誘起欠陥再結合の飽和効果で説明できることを報告した. 今回は, その照射欠陥を特定することを目的とし, 照射結晶に特徴的なG-line, C-lineに着目した. それらの励起光強度依存性の特殊性から, 特異な現象を引き起こす主な照射欠陥は, G-line, C-line欠陥ではないことを報告する.
