The nanoscale electrocrystallization can fabricate nanocrystals so as to bridge a gap between two electrodes, and can easily build a two-terminal device with the cross-linked nanocrystals. We also attempted to grow nanocrystals using zinc phthalocyanine and bis (ethylenedithio) tetrathiafulvalene for the purpose of fabricating novel ion radical nanocrystals following the previous report. We report the details of the crystal growth and electronic properties of these nanocrystals.
