[11p-Z13-18] The formation of high temperature and the characteristics of Long Pitch STN structure

It was reported that Reverse Twisted Nematic (RTN) structure twisted clockwise was formed, when voltage was applied to the Splay Twisted structure twisted counterclockwise in 90 degrees. At the sometime the Super Twisted Nematic (STN) structure twisted counterclockwise in 270 degrees could be formed. The formed STN structure possesses the pitch length longer than usual STN structure. The new STN structure in called as Long pitch STN (LPSTN) structure. The LPSTN stabilization condition has been investigated.
