我々はAlq3等の自発配向による分極膜を自己組織型のエレクトレット(SAE)と見立てて,振動発電素子(VEG)に展開し,荷電処理が一切不要な素子を実現した.VEGの出力はσの二乗に比例するため,高い表面電荷密度(σ)の実現がVEGの高出力化につながる.本研究では,SAE作製時の蒸着速度に着目し,蒸着速度を10倍にすることで,σの値を約2.3倍に向上させ,VEGの高出力化に成功した.
