COVID-19感染による我々を取り巻く世界の変容は、時間と空間を対象に社会全体に及んでおり、集積回路技術分野における研究成果を社会実装するエコシステムも例外ではない。当該エコシステムの変容は知財制度の活用方法にも大きな影響を与える。本稿においては、COVID-19が変容させた時間と空間を分析し、ニューノーマルな時代において、集積回路技術分野における研究成果の社会実装を加速するための知財制度の活用方法について提言する。
