[11p-Z23-12] EL-EQE analysis of Rib-Si Solar Cells

Rib-Si solar cells has been developed for realizing mechanically strong and with quite thin thickness. In this study EL-EQE dependence of injection current to several different cells was analyzed. Moreover, we obtained EL-EQE of Si heterojunction and Si-Rib solar cells. From the comparison we conclude our analytical model is reasonable for such analysis.
