[11p-Z24-3] THz wave generation from slant-stripe- and ridge-type PPLN

We fabricated slant-stripe- and ridge-type PPLN device to generate THz wave more efficiently. The ridge has thickness of 20 μm, height of 300 μm, and length of 42 mm. The pitch length are 35.4 μm with angle of ~23 degree by optical beam propagation. THz wave signal was generated by femto-second pump pulse (wavelength 1035 nm). However, the signal of the generated THz wave was not high as we expected.
