We fabricated and transferred were conductive films using the CNT ink including 0.1 wt% of CNT, 1wt% ethylcellulose and N-methylpyrrolidone. The CNT films were fabricated onto Cu substrates. The CNT films were transferred onto synthetic quartz substrates using a polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) supporting method. The sheet resistance of the CNT films doped using TFSA was ~55 Ω/sq. The intensity ratio of the G and 2D peaks was 18.5, which indicated that the CNT films were transferred without degradation.
