Nanoelectromechanical resonators (NEMR) made of transparent hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) in the visible region can be expected to realize measurement of optical force acting on photoresponsive nanomaterials on hBN. For that purpose, it is important to control only the resonance frequency with a constant vibration amplitude. In this study, in order to solve this problem, we investigated the electrical control of resonance frequency of drum-type hBN NEMR by photothermal induction method.
