In non-equilibrium plasma diagnostics, it is difficult to obtain the general diagnostic model for optical emission spectroscopic measurement. In this work, an optimization algorithm was proposed for plasma diagnostic modeling under plasma conditions set according to the target of measurement. The theoretical diagnostic error was analyzed. It was found that the diagnostic error was increased under the condition where the reduced population density dependence of unknown parameters was shown to be non-monotonic.
