[8a-Z05-1] Preparation of Q-carbon by adjusting sp³ content and laser energy density

A newly discovered carbon allotrope, Q-carbon was prepared. In this study, the sp³ content in DLC films and the laser energy density of pulsed laser annealing were adjusted. The sp³ content was vaieid in therange from 20 to 42%, and the laser density was changed from 0.5 to 1.2 J/cm2. In the presentation, the results of SEM image, Raman spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility measuremets of the prepared samples will be presented.
