[8a-Z05-1] Preparation of Q-carbon by adjusting sp3 content and laser energy density

A newly discovered carbon allotrope, Q-carbon was prepared. In this study, the sp3 content in DLC films and the laser energy density of pulsed laser annealing were adjusted. The sp3 content was vaieid in therange from 20 to 42%, and the laser density was changed from 0.5 to 1.2 J/cm2. In the presentation, the results of SEM image, Raman spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility measuremets of the prepared samples will be presented.
