カルバペネマーゼ産生腸内細菌科細菌について、POCTに対応したDNA検知デバイスの実現が求められている。演者らは、多項目の薬剤耐性遺伝子検知へ対応するため、遠心促進熱対流PCRにおける微小熱対流反応場集積と迅速DNA増幅検知を検討した。その結果、わずか15分でIMP-6、NDM-1、OXA-23の多項目同時検出が可能であることが確かめられた。
