[8a-Z19-11] Quasi-phase matching properties of MgO doped stoichiometric LiTaO3

We report the accurate Sellmeier equation of the extraordinary wave of 1mol.% MgO doped stoichiometric LiTaO3 for MgO:PPSLT device. This index formula is used for predicting the interaciting wavelengths of quasi-phase matched SHG, SFG, DFG, and OPO at 22℃ in the 0.31-4.87 μm range.
