We are aiming at the development of new thermal control materials and devices that can control the heat flow by electric-field control with La–Ca–Cu–O system spin thermal conductive materials that show anisotropic high thermal conductivity derived from magnon. So far, we have tried electric-field control of heat flow using single-crystal and polycrystalline thin films, but the problem was that each sample had a small control area and loss of anisotropic high heat conduction. Therefore, in this research, we attempted to make La–Ca–Cu–O spin thermal conductive material into nanosheets to solve these problems at the same time.
