[8a-Z26-4] Operation mechanism of self-assembled electret-based vibrational energy generator

By utilizing spontaneous orientation of polar molecules, we developed electret-based vibrational energy generator which does not require any charging process. But, in this VEG, relationship between "surface potential of the electret" and "generated current due to electrode vibration" is unclear. Thus in this study, we analyzed operation mechanism of the VEG based on energy diagram of the device.
