Keywords:multicrystalline silicon, machine learning, image processing

We attempt to establish scientific principle of “multicrystalline informatics" based on fusion of data collection, machine learning, and theoretical calculation for a large amount of practical multicrystalline silicon wafers, which could be useful to design and realize high-performance and highly functional polycrystalline materials. In this talk, we will review our recent achievements.
