[8p-Z03-6] Process Informatics -Data-Driven High-Throughput Process Development using Craftsmanship as Intermediate Data-

Keywords:process, informatics, data-driven

Due to the complexity of the phenomenon, the production process of powder-based products such as storage batteries and fuel cells has maintained its competitiveness, relying on the Japanese strengths of intuition and matching. We introduce data-driven "process informatics" for high throughput process development. This is Japanese-style informatics, which incorporates microscopic physical phenomena of powders in dispersion, kneading, coating, and drying processes as "intermediate data" into the high-efficiency machine learning system rather than as imagination of the craftsmen.
