△ [8p-Z05-13] Improvement of charge stability and spin-chorenece properties of near-surface NV centers in diamond

The purpose of this study is to improve the sensitivity of a magnetic sensor using a single NV center in phosphorus-doped n-type diamond. I measured the coherence time T2 and the charge stability of a single NV center near the surface of n-type diamond, by using the Hahn Echo method and single shot measurement respectively. I also compared these properties with that of a single NV center fabricated under the same conditions in diamond without phosphorus doping. In this presentation, I report on the preparation method of each sample and the details of the measurement results.
