エアロゾルデポジション法で成膜された強誘電体セラミック膜の膜成長の仕組みを放射光Ｘ線回折実験により調べた．電子密度解析で得られた原材料粉の化学結合の特徴や膜の配向特性等と合わせて紹介する．
