In the plasma medicine, in order to elucidate the action mechanism, basic experiments on the reaction between biomolecules and plasma-generating reactive species are essential.
In this study, we analyzed components of plasma-treated amino acid solutions using liquid chromatography with photodiode array detector and quadrupole mass spectrometer.
We will report the results on estimation of key reactive species and quantitation of the amino acid derivatives.
