[8p-Z07-9] Highly Efficient Introduction of Medium Molecules and Genes Using In-Liquid Plasma

We conducted experiments to clarify the mechanism of drug simulated molecule introduction induced by in-liquid plasma toward a minimally invasive treatment in human body. The moderate plasma treatment (discharge number : N = 2) significantly enhanced local YOYO-1 introduction into cultured cells while the excess plasma treatment (N = 30) cannot have the introduction effect. Therefore, it was considered that there was an optimal condition for the level of stimuli in the molecule introduction by in-liquid plasma.
