We calculated the interfacial thermal resistance between Perovskite and Bismuth Telluride by using DMM model. The phonon dispersion relations of both Provskite and Bismuth Telluride are calculated by ab-intio calculation. The calculated value is one order higher than the interfacial thermal resistance between inorganic materials.
