The CNT/ polymer composition yarns are found that they have extremely wide range of thermal conductivity. To applies these materials for device the accurate measurement of thermal conductivity is necessary. In this study, Au wire which is used as standard sample is measured tharmal conductivity and thermal diffusivity by 3 ω method and scanning laser AC method respactively. Comparing both results, best sample setting or analysis method for reliable measurement are considered.
