Recently, energy harvesting, which converts familiar energy into electric power and uses it, has been attracting attention. Focusing on radio waves as a small amount of energy familiar, we decided to extract electric power with a rectenna. However, the diode used in the rectenna rectifier circuit is not compatible with conventional ones. Therefore, we have developed a MIM diode compatible with high frequency band and low power.
