LECs (Light-emitting Electrochemical Cells) is expected to be a next-generation light-emitting device because it has a single-layer structure and is capable of emitting light at a low voltage because it has a different operating mechanism from that of a OLED. We attempted to monitor the operating process of efficient carrier injection/transport, which is a characteristic of LEC, by spectroscopic measurement.
