Keywords:Quantum dots

The cadmium compound semiconductor is generally used for quantum dots, but the cadmium is extremely harmful to the human body. Therefore, in this study, we focused on Cu-In-S2/ZnS quantum dots without cadmium and evaluated their emission characteristics by changing the Cu:In ratio. As a result, it was found by PL measurement that the emission intensity was the highest at Cu:In=1:4, and it was found that the emission intensity was changed by the change of the Cu:In ratio.
