[8p-Z12-12] FABRICATION OF MEMS OPTICAL INTERFEROMETRIC SURFACE STRESS BIOSENSOR USING MOLECULAR IMPRINTING FOR LABEL-FREE DETECTION OF NEUROTRANSMITTER

For label-free biosensing of neurotransmitter, we fabricated molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) onto the MEMS based optical interferometric surface stress sensor, and demonstrated biosensing by the MIP. We obtained a difference of the sensor responses when DIW with dopamine (DA) at a concentration of 5µM and DIW without DA were introduced to the fabricated sensor. As a result, it was observed that MIP film was swelled out only when introducing DIW with DA. From these results, it is suggested possibility for label-free detection of neurotransmitter.
