We introduced the image sensor device which improved the performance of the sensitivity of selective area by using a notch filter and a hybrid filter for high rejection of excitation light as well as detection of dual-color fluorescence simultaneously. In this work, the device is composed of a notch filter and a hybrid filter. These filters were fabricated on a fiber optic plate. A notch filter was placed directly above the device. Hybrid filters were deposited on the bottom side of the FOP sequentially. The result shows that the spectrum of notch filter transmittance shifts to shorter wavelengths with increasing incidence angle. And, with an incidence angle of 70 degrees, the filter has high transmission characteristics for blue light. This corresponds to reduce the excitation light to the target fluorescence. Thus, this notch filter can be applied to the lensless device for high rejection of excitation light and detection of dual-color fluorescence for observing cultured cells.
