We observed optically pumped lasing from BP3T single crystals. The lasing spectra were anusually split into several region with almost constant mode interval values, which cannot be explained by usual stimulated emission process. Additionally, time resolved PL measurements were performed. The delay time of lasing from excitation pulse was 77ps at most, which delay time was unusually longer than that of simulated emission process. We interpreted the anusual delay time as phase relaxation process for a formation of exciton polariton inside a BP3T single cryatal. We also discussed the polaritonic behaviors using Energy vs Wavevector plots obtained from a lasing spectum.
