Keywords:Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy

In this study, we develop phase-controlled Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (PC-FTIR) by combining a mid-infrared optical parametric oscillator and a resonant-scanner-based phase-controlled Fourier-transform spectrometer. As a proof of principle demonstration, we measure mid-infrared spectra of liquid- and gas-phase molecules at a scan rate of over 10 kHz by utilizing the developed PC-FTIR spectrometer.
