Waveguide CRDS is used to realize compact breath sensor for ppm-order breath sensing. In this paper, we report the sensing accuracy improvement. The range of sensing accuracy fluctuation is shorted from 48.2%~93.2% to 69.1%~83.8% in CO₂ concentration in exhaled breath sensing.
