Keywords:optical measurement system

In recent years, the field of spintronics has attracted attention. InGaAs quantum wells are expected to be applied to optical communication devices because the wavelength of light for exciting spins corresponds to the communication wavelength band. However, few studies have evaluated time- and spatial- spin dynamics in InGaAs quantum wells, and time- and spatial- resolved measurement using microscopic optics have hardly been performed. We have constructed an optical measurement system that can measure the time- and spatial- dynamics of electron spins in InGaAs quantum wells.
