我々は低コヒーレンス干渉計を応用し、非接触、高精度かつ高速に計測できるシングルショット2次元光干渉断層計測システムを提案した。今回、試料に正弦波上の振動を与え、試料の干渉位置の変化が入力と同じく正弦波上に高速なシャッタースピード1µsで測定できることを確認した。
