[8p-Z26-20] Surface OH-concentration dependence of change on OH-concentration distribution in silica glass upon heat treatment

When silica glass is heat-treated, OH concentration distribution is changed by the diffusion of OH groups in bulk region and from the surface. We tried to analyze the diffusion of the OH groups based on the change of OH concentration distribution. As the first step, we analyzed the OH-concentration profile in OH-containing silica glass heat-treated in vacuum. Before analyzing the experimental data, the theoretical curves for the surface OH concentration dependence of the OH concentration profiles were obtained.
