We investigated the kinetics of silver photodiffusion into amorphous chalcogenides using time-resolved neutron reflectivity technique, and the excitaiton light wavelength dependence of the kinetics was also examined. In the present talk, we report the result of the measurements of X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) and X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS) for the films exposed to the light with different wavelengths.
