[8p-Z28-9] Research Trend on Pb Free Sn Perovskite Solar Cell

Sn-perovskite has attracted attention for light harvesting layer in Pb-free perovskite solar cells. At the beginning of the research, the efficiency was around lower than 5%. However, recently, the efficiency has been enhanced by reducing defect density and optimization of p/i/n energy level. Voc loss reached 0.35 eV, which is almost the same as Pb perovskite solar cells with high efficiency over 20%. The efficiency over 13 % has been reported. In this presentation, research trend for enhancement of Sn perovskite solar cells from the view point of doing, passivation, lattice distortion (disordering), and p/i/n energy level. In addition, the prospects of the future on Sn perovskite solar cells are surveyed.
