[9a-Z13-8] Characterization of Inorganic EL Using Wireless Power Transmission

Keywords:Distributed In-organic EL

I have been working on thin-film devices. Among them, I am focusing on inorganic EL devices. The advantages of inorganic electroluminescence are that the manufacturing method is inexpensive, and that it can be used for flexible substrates, which allows a high degree of flexibility. There is. However, feeding power to the device via a wire, the high degree of freedom that is an advantage of inorganic ELs is lost. Therefore, a coil was incorporated and wireless transmission was investigated. The goal of this study is to investigate the method to supply power to the device over a distance.
