This report describes development of an unified model for nanoparticle synthesis using pulse-modulated induction thermal plasmas (PMITP) with intermittent feeding of feedstock powder. This model numerically solves the modulated thermofluid fields in PMITP in transient state with considering trajectories and temperature histories and evaporations of number of feedstock particles. Feedstock vapor generation and transport were also obtained by its mass conservation equation. In addition, general dynamics equations for aerosol were solved to derive the nanoparticle synthesis processing by the method of moments (MOM).
