We developed X-ray multi-beam optics which allows for millisecond-order synchrotron X-ray tomography without rotation of a sample. The optics consists of thin hyperboloidally-curved single-crystalline silicon wafers with several blades, which reflect X-rays satisfying the Bragg condition. We performed proof-of-concept experiments and successfully realized 1-millisecond X-ray tomography using the optics.
