It is known that RE247 is formed only narrow sintering conditions under high oxygen partial pressure. In contrast, we found that RE247 oriented films were formed on Ag substrates by the deposition of films under low oxygen partial pressure and high temperatures. In this study, we fabricate fluorine-free MOD Y247 thin films on Ag substrates and observe the unique Y247 phase. We have been trying to understand the formation mechanism of Y247. In our recent study, we found that the crystallinity of the sample produced by Y247 deteriorates in a relatively short period of time after storage in the air, and that it is not the same as that of the sample produced by Y247. Therefore, it is considered to have different properties from the usual bulk RE247.
