We are developing a YBCO/conductive-buffer /Ni/Cu/SUS316 structure for a low cost high temperature superconducting wire. Recently, we applied La-doped SrTiO3 as the conductive buffer layer, then epitaxially grew the YBCO layer on it. The resistivity in the thickness direction of the buffer in the YBCO/conductive-buffer /Ni/Cu/SUS316 short sample annealed at 450 oC in oxygen flowing, was measured. The resistivity of La-doped SrTiO3 was 72 mW-cm at 77 K, which was a sufficiently low interfacial resistance of 7.6 mΩ-cm2.
