We have been fabricating jointed samples of GdBCO coated conductors were prepared via crystallization of precursor films under mechanical pressure. The precursor layers were deposited on base-GdBCO CC by a pulsed laser deposition method. In this work, influence of crystallization temperature on crystal phases of jointed area was investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that there is an appropriate temperature range to obtain high c-axis orientation. The GdBCO layers of both additional deposited layer and base-GdBCO CC were decomposed at the temperature of 1193 K.
